The invention discloses an overhead layer pre-paving hook type integrated pouring heat preservation construction method which comprises the following steps: 1) erecting a bracket on a foundation slab, putting square wood columns on the bracket according to a certain interval in a full-length manner, paving a template on the square wood columns, checking the flatness of the template and cleaning the template; (2) the four corners and the center of the insulation board penetrate through insulation hooks from bottom to top, the lower ends of the insulation hooks hook the insulation board, and the upper ends of the insulation hooks are free ends; (3) the heat preservation plate is laid on the formwork so that the lower surface of the heat preservation plate can be attached to the formwork; (4) laying bottom-layer two-way steel bars on the insulation board, placing horse stool steel bars for supporting, and then laying surface-layer two-way steel bars; the method comprises the following steps of (1) arranging a heat preservation hook on the surface layer bidirectional steel bar, (2) arranging the heat preservation hook on the surface layer bidirectional steel bar, (3) enabling the free end of the heat preservation hook to bypass the surface layer bidirectional steel bar and bending downwards to hook the surface layer bidirectional steel bar, (6) pouring concrete and vibrating, and (7) dismantling the support, the wood brace and the formwork after maintenance.
