According to the jig-frame-sliding-free installation method for the large-span steel truss, modeling deduction analysis is conducted on the structural form, the installation method and the like of the large-span steel truss structure while the design of the steel structure is deepened, the reasonable sliding working condition is determined, and the span of the arch truss and arrangement of truss rod pieces are preliminarily determined according to the deduction result; determining standardized and shaped arch truss type selection according to a calculation result; after the arch truss is installed, a downward-hanging sliding rail is installed, a pre-arching numerical value is determined according to truss corridor hoisting deduction and deformation calculation, and the rail elevation is adjusted; after the arch truss, the sliding track and the steel truss are assembled and the sliding platform is installed, the steel truss is assembled and slides; and after the steel structure truss structure slides in place, the arch trusses are dismantled section by section, and follow-up construction can be continued. The problem that when a jig frame cannot be arranged on the lower portion or a heavy-load crane cannot be erected in the hoisting process of the large-span steel structure truss under the specific working condition, a conventional hoisting mode cannot meet the installation requirement of the large-span steel structure truss is solved.
本发明提供一种大跨度钢桁架免胎架滑移安装方法,在钢结构设计深化的同时对大跨度钢桁架结构的结构形式、安装方法等进行建模推演分析,确定合理的滑移工况,根据推演结果初步确定拱桁架跨度及桁架杆件布置;根据计算结果确定标准化、定型化拱桁架选型;待拱桁架安装完成后,安装下挂滑移轨道,并根据桁架连廊吊装推演及变形计算确定预起拱数值,调整轨道标高;将拱桁架、滑移轨道、钢桁架拼装及滑移平台安装完成后,钢桁架拼装滑移;钢结构桁架结构滑移到位后,分节拆除拱桁架即可继续进行后续施工。本发明解决了在特定工况下大跨度钢结构桁架吊装过程中下部无法设置胎架或架设重载吊车时,常规吊装方式无法满足大跨度钢桁架安装需求的问题。
