The water collecting assembly comprises a water collecting pool, a water suction pump and a connecting pipe, the water collecting pool is fixed to the surface of the supporting plate, the water suction pump is fixed to the inner wall of the water collecting pool, and the connecting pipe is fixed to the surface of the water suction pump; the cooling assembly comprises shells, wet curtains, water dripping pipes and water dripping holes, and the shells are symmetrically fixed to the middle of the observation corridor frame; detection can be conducted according to the temperature of the inner side of the observation corridor frame, when the temperature is high, rainwater can be used for cooling the inner side of the observation corridor frame, when the weather is cold, cooling is not conducted, and therefore electric energy and water energy are saved.
