The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultra-low energy consumption prefabricated shear wallboard in a prefabricated building, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing an ultra-low energy consumption insulation board, placing the ultra-low energy consumption insulation board between an inner leaf bearing wallboard and an outer leaf wallboard, enabling a connecting piece to pass through a preformed hole in the ultra-low energy consumption insulation board, and connecting the inner leaf bearing wallboard and the outer leaf bearing wallboard; the two ends of the ultra-low-energy-consumption insulation board are fixed in the inner-leaf bearing wallboard and the outer-leaf wallboard respectively, and the inner-leaf bearing wallboard, the ultra-low-energy-consumption insulation board and the outer-leaf wallboard are fixed together. The thermal insulation performance of the external wall is greatly improved, and development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings is facilitated.
