The invention discloses a manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment of a concrete exposed aggregate. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, adding water accounting for 3/2 of the volume of a reaction kettle into the reaction kettle; s2, starting a driving mechanism to enable a stirring mechanism to stir the reaction kettle to enable water to be agitated, and then sequentially adding a predetermined amount of white sugar, maltodextrin, borax, bentonite and cellulose; s3, citric acid, tartaric acid, sodium gluconate and attapulgite are added; s4, after a preset time, adding a preset amount of the preservative, the silane coupling agent and the dye again, keeping the rotating speed at 80-120r/min, and stirring for 5-10min; and S5, washing a predetermined amount of the thickening agent with water accounting for 1/3 of the volume of the reaction kettle. The concrete exposed aggregate manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment provided by the invention are mainly used for steam-curing concrete, and have no corrosion effect on the concrete, if the surface is not removed in time, the concrete can be recovered to be hydrated, and the later strength of the concrete cannot be influenced.
