Method for preparing orthophosphate thermal barrier coating ceramic material from powder synthesized by coprecipitation method
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of thermal protection ceramic materials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing an orthophosphate thermal barrier coating ceramic material from powder synthesized by a coprecipitation method. The general chemical formula of orthophosphate is REM3P3O12, RE is a rare earth element, and M is alkaline earth metal. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving RE-containing salt and alkaline earth metal M-containing salt to obtain a mixed solution, dissolving phosphate to obtain P, and adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value; dropwise adding the mixed solution into the P-containing solution, continuously stirring, aging, filtering and washing to obtain REM3P3O12 precursor precipitate, further drying, and calcining to obtain REM3P3O12 powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding and sieving REM3P3O12 powder, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a green body; and calcining the green body to obtain the orthophosphate thermal barrier coating ceramic material. The obtained powder is small in particle size and uniform in distribution, and the synthesis temperature is relatively low. In addition, common inorganic salt reagents are mainly used in the synthesis process, the operation is simple, and the energy consumption is low.
本发明属于热防护陶瓷材料的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种共沉淀法合成粉体制备正磷酸盐热障涂层陶瓷材料的方法。正磷酸盐的化学通式为REM3P3O12,RE为稀土元素,M为碱土金属。本发明中将含RE稀土的盐和含碱土金属M的盐溶解得到混合溶液,将磷酸盐溶解得到含P并加入氨水以调节pH;将混合溶液滴加到含P溶液中并不断搅拌,经陈化、过滤和洗涤得到REM3P3O12前驱体沉淀物,进一步烘干后煅烧得到REM3P3O12粉体。REM3P3O12粉体研磨过筛后,压制成型得到坯体;将坯体煅烧得到正磷酸盐热障涂层陶瓷材料。本发明获得粉体粒径小且分布均匀,且合成温度相对较低。此外,合成过程中主要以常见的无机盐试剂为主,操作简单,能耗小。
