The invention discloses a road surface crushing device which comprises a hydraulic bucket installed at the lower end of a vehicle; the hydraulic bucket and the vehicle body are connected through the connecting assembly; the hydraulic bucket comprises a push shovel and a rock drill, the rock drill comprises a first hydraulic oil cylinder and a track plate, one end of the first hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the push shovel body, and the other end of the first hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the connecting assembly; a track plate is arranged on the outer side of the first hydraulic oil cylinder, and a limiting column is arranged on the track plate; a limiting hole is formed in the bottom of the connecting assembly, the limiting column is arranged in the limiting hole, the hydraulic bucket is controlled to move back and forth along with work of the first hydraulic oil cylinder, and the movement can push a push shovel of the hydraulic bucket to crush an upper-layer damaged road surface. The rock drill and the vehicle height hydraulic lifting system in the vehicle body control the thickness of the damaged road surface, damage to the roadbed below the surface layer is avoided, and fund waste is reduced.
