The bridge self-cleaning type drainage device comprises a plurality of cleaning rods arranged in a grid plate in a penetrating mode, a connecting rod for connecting the cleaning rods and a driving mechanism for driving the connecting rod to vertically move, and the cleaning rods penetrate through the grid plate and move to the water inlet side of the grid plate; the driving mechanism comprises a support arranged in a bridge drainage channel, a water receiving tank arranged on the support in a sliding mode, a driving elastic piece pushing the water receiving tank to move upwards and a drainage mechanism automatically discharging accumulated water in the water receiving tank, the water receiving tank slides vertically along the support, and the upper end of the water receiving tank is connected with the connecting rod and drives the connecting rod to move vertically. And the drainage mechanism is used for draining accumulated water in the water receiving tank after the water receiving tank moves downwards. When accumulated water falls into the water receiving tank, the water receiving tank gradually descends to drive the cleaning rod to move downwards, then the cleaning rod moves upwards after the accumulated water is discharged out of the water receiving tank, and automatic cleaning of the grid plate is achieved through reciprocating movement of the cleaning rod.
