The invention relates to a suspension bridge main cable winding-layer-free protection method which comprises the following steps: after the procedures of cable tightening, cable clamp mounting and steel beam mounting of a suspension bridge main cable are completed, spraying protection is carried out on the main cable in a full-length range by adopting fireproof and anti-aging normal-temperature spraying high-elasticity liquid rubber; the spraying coverage range comprises a main cable non-cable-clamp area, a cable clamp, a tower top saddle cover area, a splay cable saddle and front anchor chamber splay cable area and a main cable strand anchoring area, the spraying thickness is 3-5 mm, and a full-length flexible protective sleeve is formed after the liquid rubber is solidified, so that main cables in the main cable non-cable-clamp area, the cable clamp, the cable saddle and the splay cable area are located in a complete closed protective sleeve. 本发明涉及一种悬索桥主缆无缠丝层防护方法,悬索桥主缆完成紧缆、索夹安装、钢梁安装工序后,采用具有耐火、抗老化的常温喷涂高弹力液体橡胶对主缆全长度范围进行喷涂防护,喷涂覆盖范围包括主缆非索夹区、索夹、塔顶鞍罩区、散索鞍及前锚室散索区、主缆索股锚固区,喷涂厚度3~5mm,液体橡胶凝固后形成一个通长的柔性保护套,使主缆非索夹区、索夹处、索鞍处、散索区的主缆处于一个完整的密闭保护套内。本发明不会在索夹处形成缝隙,索夹本身的接口处也得以密封,能有效防止有雨水、水蒸气进入主缆,从而达到主缆不锈蚀的防护效果,并可节约缠丝费、抽湿运营费用。
