The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, and particularly relates to a bridge construction formwork supporting frame which comprises a pier body formwork frame arranged on the outer side of a pier in a sleeving mode, and a reinforcing jacking base used for being fixed to the pier is movably arranged at the bottom of the pier body formwork frame. The adjustable formwork supporting frames are correspondingly arranged on the pier body formwork frame, demolding devices used for demolding are installed at the plane positions of the front end and the rear end of the pier body formwork frame, and agent injection structures used for assisting demolding are fixedly installed at the cambered surface positions of the left end and the rear end of the pier body formwork frame. In the using process, the mode of reducing binding faces and adjusting demolding in a self-lifting mode is utilized, the demolding damage rate of the formwork supporting frame and a cement body on the pier is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the demolding sliding plates with multiple sliding modes are utilized, and compatible use of piers with different widths can be achieved.
