According to the scheme, the resilience force can be reduced after the outward swinging torsion spring is used for a long time, so that the outward swinging torsion spring can be selectively connected with one positioning hole through the torsion adjusting column, and then adaptive adjustment of the torsion of the outward swinging torsion spring is achieved.
