Earth excavation reverse construction method for ultra-deep large-diameter rotational flow pool
The invention discloses an ultra-deep large-diameter rotational flow pool earth excavation reverse construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, adopting a pile-slab supporting structure, arranging a reinforced concrete annular top beam at the top of a pile, arranging H-shaped steel ring beams at intervals of 4m between-4.00 m and-20.00 m of a deep foundation pit, and starting to install when earth is excavated to the position 500mm away from the lower part of each ring beam; s2, the ring beam and the pile foundation are connected through steel bar planting till the interior of the pile foundation and the ring beam are welded and fixed, and a gap between the ring beam and the pile foundation is poured and maintained through micro-expansion fine aggregate concrete; and S3, the supporting baffle is constructed according to the fact that the earthwork is excavated by 1.0-1.2 m every time, a single-layer two-way steel bar jet panel of 120 mm is adopted for the section ranging from +/-0.0 m to-10 m, and a double-layer two-way cast-in-place panel of 300 mm in thickness is adopted for the section below-10 m to-23 m. According to the construction method, the pond body is divided into the six construction sections to be sequentially excavated and constructed from top to bottom, the first five sections are reversely constructed, the sixth section and the bottom plate are cast and tamped together, and in the earth excavation period, pile plate type supporting and annular top beam modes are adopted for construction, and when the construction method is used for construction, the engineering quality can be well controlled; and the safety and the quality are ensured, and the field use effect is good.
本发明公开了一种超深大直径旋流池土方开挖逆作法,其包括以下步骤:S1、采取桩板支护结构,在桩顶设置一道钢筋混凝土环形冠梁,深基坑‑4.00m~‑20.00m之间@每间隔4m设置一道H型钢环梁,土方开挖至每道环梁下部500mm处开始安装;S2、环梁与桩基之间采用钢筋植筋连接,至桩基内与环梁焊接固定,之间缝隙采用微膨胀细石混凝土进行浇筑并养护;S3、支护挡板施工按土方每开挖1.0m‑1.2m深做,±0.0m~-10m段采用120mm的单层双向钢筋喷射面板,-10m~-23m以下段采用300mm厚的双层双向现浇面板。本发明将池体分成六个施工段自上而下依次开挖施工,前五段为逆作,第六段与底板一起浇捣,土方开挖期间采取桩板式支护及环形冠梁形式进行施工,使用本发明的施工方法进行施工,能够很好地控制工程质量,安全及质量得到了保证现场使用效果良好。
