The invention discloses a rotary energy storage type energy-saving wall. The rotary energy storage type energy-saving wall comprises a wall body and a rotary wall body arranged on the wall body. The rotary wall body can rotate relative to the wall body and comprises a wall body layer, a heat insulation layer and a heat storage layer which are sequentially stacked. In the daytime, the external environment temperature is high, sunlight is sufficient, and the heat storage layer of the rotating wall body can be rotated to the outer side of the wall body so as to absorb external heat for storage; and at night, the external environment temperature is reduced, the heat storage layer of the rotary wall body can be rotated into the wall body, and the indoor temperature is increased through heat release of the heat storage layer. In this way, the internal environment temperature fluctuation of the building can be reduced, the indoor thermal comfort level can be maintained all the time, heat supply and refrigeration energy consumption is effectively reduced, and remarkable positive effects on energy conservation and environment protection in the whole society are achieved.
