The upper end and the lower end of the outer glass wall (3) are provided with ventilation openings communicated with an airflow channel (8) and the outside, the ventilation openings in the upper end and the lower end of the inner glass wall (1) are provided with a first detachable baffle (5) and a second detachable baffle (4) respectively, the ventilation opening in the upper end of the outer glass wall (3) is provided with a third detachable baffle (6), and the face, facing the outer glass wall (3), of the inner glass wall (1) is provided with a photocatalyst layer (2). The photocatalyst layer (2) is used for degrading methane in the environment under natural light. The building envelope realizes continuous capture and degradation of methane in the environment.
