Bidirectional damping device for stay cable
The invention provides a bidirectional damping device for a stay cable. The bidirectional damping device comprises a hoop, the hoop is installed on the stay cable and fixed through the locking piece. A connecting piece is mounted on the locking piece, and a main rod and an inclined rod are hinged to the connecting piece; the main rod is connected with a disc spring viscous damper, and the disc spring viscous damper is used for being matched with the main rod to achieve vibration reduction during in-plane vibration of the stay cable. An arc-shaped rack is arranged at the tail end of the inclined rod, the arc-shaped rack extends into an eddy current damper, and the eddy current damper is used for being matched with the arc-shaped rack to achieve vibration reduction during out-of-plane vibration of the stay cable; the bottoms of the disc spring viscous damper and the eddy current damper are respectively connected with the same base plate; and the base plate is fixedly connected with the bridge floor. The in-plane damper and the out-of-plane damper are combined to form an integral device capable of meeting the in-plane and out-of-plane vibration reduction requirements of the stay cable at the same time, additional damper supports are not needed during field installation, and conflicts of positions of the dampers among different stay cables and various costs caused by additional installation can be avoided.
本发明提供了一种斜拉索双向减振装置,包括抱箍;抱箍安装在斜拉索上,通过锁紧件固定;锁紧件上安装连接件,连接件上铰接有主杆、斜杆;主杆连接有碟簧粘滞阻尼器,碟簧粘滞阻尼器用于配合主杆,实现斜拉索面内振动时的减振;斜杆末端设置弧形齿条,弧形齿条伸入至电涡流阻尼器,电涡流阻尼器用于配合弧形齿条,实现斜拉索面外振动时的减振;碟簧粘滞阻尼器以及电涡流阻尼器的底部还分别连接同一底座板;底座板与桥面相固接。本发明将面内、面外阻尼器进行结合,成为一个可同时满足斜拉索面内、面外减振需求的整体装置,在现场安装时不需要多加装阻尼器支座,可以避免不同斜拉索间阻尼器位置的冲突以及因额外加装产生的各种成本。
