The invention discloses an automatic water surface garbage classification device based on stepped conveying. The device comprises a frame body unit, a conveying unit, a garbage classification unit and a garbage storage unit. When the water surface garbage classification device is used, garbage images are collected in real time through the image collector and transmitted to the controller to be analyzed to obtain a judgment result, the controller controls the opening and closing states of the corresponding baffle assemblies and the conveying belt according to the judgment result to convey water surface garbage into the corresponding garbage bins, and automatic classification of the water surface garbage is completed. A traditional manual garbage classification mode is replaced, the efficiency is obviously improved, the labor cost is reduced, and meanwhile harm to the human body due to the fact that the human body makes direct contact with garbage is avoided.
本发明公开一种基于阶梯式传送的水面垃圾自动分类装置,所述装置包括架体单元、传送单元、垃圾分类单元及垃圾储存单元。本发明在使用时,通过图像采集器实时采集垃圾图像并传送给控制器进行分析得到判断结果,控制器根据判断结果控制相应的挡板组件和输送带的开闭状态将水面垃圾送入相应的垃圾仓,完成水面垃圾的自动分类。本发明代替了传统人工进行垃圾分类的方式,明显提高了效率且降低了人工成本,同时,也避免了因人体直接接触垃圾导致的对人体产生的危害。
