Then, the activated carbon plate further filters impurities in the water and guides the water flow direction, so that the water flow passing through the activated carbon plate can be obliquely flushed out towards the upper right side to stir the water flow in the area where the first aquatic plant culture frame is located; the newly-flowing water flow can quickly replace the water flow which originally stays in the area where the first aquatic plant cultivation frame is located, and the absorption efficiency of the aquatic plants planted in the aquatic plant cultivation frames on eutrophication substances in the water is improved. When the water flow in the ditch is slow and small, the flashboard can accumulate the water flow so as to meet the growth requirements of the aquatic plants in the aquatic plant cultivation frame.
