The environment-friendly self-compacting premixed concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 350 to 400 parts of cement, 85 to 115 parts of mineral powder, 45 to 70 parts of fly ash, 850 to 1050 parts of coarse aggregate, 700 to 750 parts of fine aggregate, 15 to 22 parts of a water reducing agent, 260 to 300 parts of water, 10 to 20 parts of sodium alginate, 20 to 35 parts of zeolite and 15 to 25 parts of a water absorption expanding agent. The prepared environment-friendly self-compacting premixed concrete has the advantages of being low in shrinkage rate and good in crack resistance.
