The preparation process of the graphite flake doped with the recyclable material comprises the following steps: S1, treating a recycled activated carbon material to obtain a recycled activated carbon material a; s2, treating a natural expanded graphite material to obtain a natural expanded graphite material b; s3, adding the recycled activated carbon material a into the natural expanded graphite material b, and mixing to obtain a graphite composite material; and S4, carrying out graphitization treatment on the graphite composite material, and calendering to obtain the graphite flake. The graphite flake is prepared from the recyclable activated carbon material, so that the environment-friendly effect is realized, and the recycling of the activated carbon material can be realized.
本发明涉及石墨复合材料技术领域，具体涉及一种掺杂可回收材料的石墨片的制备工艺、产品及应用。所述掺杂可回收材料的石墨片的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：S1：对回收活性炭材料进行处理得到回收活性炭材料a；S2：对天然膨胀石墨材料进行处理得到天然膨胀石墨材料b；S3：将回收活性炭材料a加入到天然膨胀石墨材料b中进行混合得到石墨复合材料；S4：将石墨复合材料进行石墨化处理后再进行压延，获得石墨片。本发明通过采用可回收利用的活性炭材料制备得到石墨片，不仅实现了环保的效果，而且能实现活性炭材料的回收利用。
