Eggshell type magnesium aluminate spinel hollow sphere and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses eggshell type magnesium aluminate spinel hollow spheres and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling and premixing on fused magnesite, activated alumina powder and an additive, adding a phenolic resin solution by taking polystyrene spheres as spherical supports, and controlling the thickness of a resin layer on the surfaces of the polystyrene spheres according to the concentration of the phenolic resin solution and the stirring rotating speed; the thickness control of the shell layer is realized; and molding and sieving in a granulator, and then carrying out drying, heat treatment and other steps to synthesize the magnesium aluminate spinel hollow spheres at low temperature. The raw materials which are low in cost and easy to obtain are adopted, the preparation method has the characteristics of low cost and simple preparation process, and the prepared magnesium aluminate spinel hollow sphere has excellent high-temperature resistance.
本发明公开了一种蛋壳式镁铝尖晶石空心球及其制备方法;通过将电熔镁砂、活性氧化铝粉和添加剂进行球磨预混后,以聚苯乙烯球为球形支撑体,加入酚醛树脂溶液,并根据酚醛树脂溶液浓度和搅拌转速,共同来控制聚苯乙烯球表面的树脂层的厚度,通过球磨预混料的粒度控制,实现壳层的厚度控制;在造粒机中成型、过筛,后经过干燥、热处理等步骤,低温合成镁铝尖晶石空心球。本发明采用廉价易获得的原料,具有成本低、制备工艺简单的特点,所制备的镁铝尖晶石空心球有着优异的耐高温性能。
