The invention discloses a synthetic method of polycarboxylic acid macromolecules applied to mold gypsum, which comprises the following steps: S1, heating by adopting an air bath, and firstly, adding quantitative water into a three-neck bottle to dissolve sodium allylsulfonate; s2, continuing to add methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and raising the temperature; s3, dropwise adding acrylic acid and an initiator for multiple times in batches, continuing to heat, and reacting for a period of time and then ending; and S4, cooling after the reaction is finished, and neutralizing the pH value of the solution to 7 by using a sodium hydroxide solution to obtain a final product. The polycarboxylic acid macromolecules synthesized by the invention are high in adaptability and good in compatibility, and after being added into alpha or beta semi-hydrated gypsum, the polycarboxylic acid macromolecules have excellent dispersing capacity, fluidity keeping capacity, low air entraining function and small retarding effect, and the water-gypsum ratio is reduced, so that the strength of the ceramic mold gypsum is improved, the use efficiency of a ceramic mold is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种应用于模具石膏中的聚羧酸大分子的合成方法,包括如下步骤:S1、采用空气浴加热,先在三口瓶内加入定量的水将丙烯磺酸钠溶解;S2、继续加入甲基烯基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚并升温;S3、再多次分批滴加丙烯酸和引发剂,继续升温,反应一段时间后结束;S4、反应结束冷却后使用氢氧化钠溶液中和溶液pH至7,获得最终产品。本发明合成的聚羧酸大分子适应性较高相容性较好,加入至α或β半水石膏中后,具有优异的分散能力、流动性保持能力和低引气功能,较小的缓凝作用,降低水膏比,从而提高陶瓷模具石膏强度,提高陶瓷模具的使用效率,降低生产成本。
