The invention relates to a method for turning around a bridge girder erection machine on a bridge, which comprises the following steps of: adopting two girder transporting vehicles to integrally carry the bridge girder erection machine to return to a girder lifting area on the bridge, supporting the bridge girder erection machine by the two girder transporting vehicles, dismantling each supporting leg, transporting each supporting leg back and forth by utilizing a gantry crane in the girder lifting area, and reinstalling each supporting leg by taking the original front end of the bridge girder erection machine as the rear end and the original rear end as the front end; and finally supporting the girder of the bridge girder erection machine by each supporting leg, withdrawing the girder transporting vehicle from the bottom of the bridge girder erection machine, and completing on-bridge turning of the bridge girder erection machine. According to the method, the bridge girder erection machine can turn around on the bridge through the existing girder transporting vehicle on the bridge and the bridge lifting area pier crossing gantry crane, the construction speed is high, and the equipment and material cost does not need to be increased.
本发明涉及一种架桥机桥上调头方法，采用两台运梁车整体驮运架桥机在桥上返回提梁区，两运梁车支撑架桥机，拆除各支腿，利用提梁区龙门吊前后倒运各支腿，以架桥机原前端作为后端，原后端作为前端，重新安装各支腿；最后由各支腿支撑架桥机主梁，运梁车退出架桥机底部，完成架桥机桥上掉头。本发明利用桥上既有的运梁车和提梁区跨墩龙门吊实现架桥机桥上掉头，施工速度快，且不用增加设备和材料成本。
