The protection slope comprises a dry stone foundation slope surface and one or more dry stone supporting structures, the dry stone supporting structures are permanent supporting structures, transversely extend and are arranged on the dry stone foundation slope surface between a slope top and a slope bottom, and the dry stone foundation slope surface is divided into a plurality of subareas in the longitudinal direction; and a dry stone slope protection structure is built on the dry stone foundation slope surface of each subarea. While slope stability and engineering quality in the construction process are guaranteed, the workload and the operation difficulty are reduced, and then the construction period is shortened.
