Each saturation reduction unit comprises a sealing device and a gas production device, the gas production device is installed in the outer side wall of the pile through the sealing device, when the saturation degree of the soil body does not meet the requirement, the sealing device is opened, gas is generated through the action of the soil body around the pile on the gas production device, and saturation reduction is conducted. According to the method, the characteristic that a chemical mixture generates gas under the impact extrusion condition is combined with a foundation saturation reduction method, and the purpose that the saturation of soil around the pile can be reduced in a layered mode according to the saturation conditions of foundations with different heights is achieved; and meanwhile, under the condition that the overall performance and the bearing capacity of the pile are not affected, oxygen which is not easily dissolved in water is injected into surrounding soil, and desaturation treatment is conducted on surrounding foundations.
本发明公开了一种用于可液化地基减饱和的桩及施工方法,包括桩,所述桩的外围布设有若干层减饱和装置,每层减饱和装置均包括若干减饱和单元,位于同一层的减饱和单元沿桩的周向间隔排列,每个减饱和单元均包括密封装置和产气装置,所述产气装置通过密封装置安装在桩外侧壁内,当土体饱和度不满足要求时,密封装置打开,通过桩周土体对产气装置作用以产生气体,进行减饱和。本发明将化学混合物在撞击挤压情况下产生气体的特点与地基减饱和方法相结合,实现了可以依据不同高度地基饱和度情况,分层降低桩周土体饱和度的目的;同时在不影响桩整体性能及承载能力的情况下,将不易溶于水的氧气注入周围土体中,对周围地基进行减饱和处理。
