The invention relates to a sizing aluminum mold for guide wall construction and a using method thereof.The sizing aluminum mold structurally comprises an operation frame and an aluminum mold body, the operation frame comprises a frame body, a walking component, a small crane and a horizontal displacement component, and the walking component is installed at the bottom of the frame body and can drive the frame body to move on the two sides of a groove body; the small crane is mounted at the top of the frame body through the horizontal displacement component; the aluminum mold body comprises two vertical supporting connecting rods, and the middle portions of the two vertical supporting connecting rods are hinged. The upper ends and the lower ends of the two vertical supporting connecting rods are respectively connected with two horizontal supporting connecting rods which are hinged with each other, and the horizontal supporting connecting rods are provided with hanging rings which are used for being hung with a small crane; limiting bolts are installed at the two ends of each vertical supporting connecting rod, and fixing sliding grooves matched with the limiting bolts are formed in the two sides of the groove body correspondingly. The guide wall side formwork can be automatically formed, diagonal bracings are formed, inconvenience caused by formwork erecting in a narrow space is avoided, the construction quality is improved, reutilization can be achieved, and the cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种用于导墙施工的定型铝模及其使用方法,该结构包括操作架和铝模本体,操作架包括架体、行走部件、小吊车以及水平位移部件,行走部件安装于架体的底部并能够带动架体在槽体两侧移动;小吊车通过水平位移部件安装于架体的顶部;铝模本体包括两根竖向支撑连杆,两根竖向支撑连杆在中部铰接;两根竖向支撑连杆的上端和下端分别连接有两根相互铰接的水平支撑连杆,水平支撑连杆上安装有用于与小吊车挂接的吊环;每根竖向支撑连杆的两端均安装有限位插销,槽体两侧分别设有与限位插销匹配的固定滑槽。本发明能够实现导墙侧模自动成型并形成对撑,避免了在狭小空间内进行支模造成的不便,提高了施工质量,且可以重复利用,节约了成本。
