Reservoir dam reinforcing dam foundation excavation method
The invention discloses a method for excavating a reinforcing dam foundation of a reservoir dam. In the preparation step, a hydraulic splitter and a hydraulic breaking hammer matched with the excavation method are selected according to the dam foundation; a cleaning step: removing the earthwork and vegetation on the earthwork; in the excavation step, an air drill is adopted for drilling holes layer by layer and row by row, and then a hydraulic splitter is used for conducting hydraulic splitting on the rock drilling positions to excavate a dam foundation; a trimming step, wherein a hydraulic breaking hammer is adopted for trimming; and a site cleaning step, wherein the excavated and trimmed stone, earthwork and vegetation are transported outwards. According to the dam foundation excavation method, the construction mode is simple, through layered excavation of the hydraulic splitter and the hydraulic breaking hammer from top to bottom, the risk during dam foundation excavation is effectively controlled, the excavation state can be checked in time, and therefore the safe and efficient dam foundation excavation technology is achieved, the safety of an original dam and surrounding structures can be guaranteed, and the dam foundation excavation efficiency is improved. Compared with explosive controlled blasting and static blasting, the construction mode is more reliable and controllable, and the risk and the cost are reduced.
本发明公开了一种水库大坝加固坝基开挖的方法,包括以下步骤;准备步骤,根据坝基选定开挖方法适配的液压分裂机以及液压破碎锤;清理步骤,将其土方及土方上的植被清除;开挖步骤,先采用风钻逐层逐排钻孔,后利用液压分裂机对石方钻孔处进行液压劈裂开挖坝基;修整步骤,采用液压破碎锤对其进行修整;清场步骤,对开挖及修整后的石方及土方、植被进行外运。本发明坝基开挖方法施工方式简单,通过液压分裂机与液压破碎锤自上而下的分层开挖,有效的对其坝基开挖时的风险进行把控,及时能查看开挖的状态,从而实现了安全、高效的坝基开挖技术,还能够确保原有大坝及周边构筑物的安全,相比炸药控制爆破与静态爆破所施工方式更加可靠、可控,风险、成本双降低。
