Foundation underpinning structure and method for reversed basement below existing building
The invention belongs to the field of underground space development, and relates to a foundation underpinning structure and method for a top-down basement below an existing building. According to the technical scheme, widened foundations are symmetrically arranged on the side faces of an underpinned existing bearing component; the bearing component is connected with the existing bearing component; the supporting beam supports the widened foundation and serves as a part of the basement roof structure; the underpinning columns vertically support the joists and are located at the positions of basement structure columns. The dragging and replacing method comprises the steps that firstly, the foundation underpinning structure is constructed, and foundation transformation of an existing building is completed; earthwork is excavated, and structural beams and plates of the basement roof structure are subjected to reverse construction and are poured into a whole with the joists; and finally, earthwork is excavated downwards, and structural floors of all layers of the basement are constructed reversely. According to the method, excavation of a soil body below the existing building and construction of a reverse basement can be completed only through one-time foundation conversion underpinning of the existing building, and it is ensured that the existing building has effective supporting and stability in the underpinning process.
本发明属于地下空间开发领域的一种既有建筑下方逆作地下室的基础托换结构及拖换方法。技术方案为:加宽基础对称设置在被托换的既有承重构件侧面;并与既有承重构件连接;托梁托起加宽基础,并作为地下室顶板结构的一部分;托换柱竖向支撑托梁,且托换柱位于地下室结构柱位。拖换方法包括:先施工所述基础托换结构,并完成既有建筑的基础转换;再开挖土方,逆作施工地下室顶板结构的结构梁和板,与所述托梁浇筑成整体;最后向下开挖土方并逆作施工地下室各层结构楼板。本发明可以实现既有建筑仅通过一次基础转换托换,完成其下方土体的开挖和逆作地下室的施工,并且在托换过程中确保既有建筑具有有效支承和稳定性。
