The invention discloses a concrete filled steel tubular column and H-shaped steel beam fabricated joint construction method which comprises the following steps: designing a rectangular steel tube, an H-shaped steel beam, a variable cross-section cantilever short beam, an inner reinforcing plate and an outer reinforcing plate according to external load, joint construction characteristics and an installation process; an inner reinforcing plate is welded in the rectangular steel pipe to form a reinforcing part; the rectangular face of the variable cross-section cantilever short beam is welded to the reinforcing part of the rectangular steel pipe, and an outer reinforcing plate is welded to the adjacent side, not connected with the variable cross-section cantilever short beam, of the rectangular steel pipe for reinforcement; a concrete column is poured in the rectangular steel pipe to form a steel pipe concrete column; webs and flanges of the variable cross-section cantilever short beam and the H-shaped steel beam are connected through a plurality of connecting steel plates and a plurality of bolts. According to the method, the repairing difficulty of the concrete filled steel tubular column and the H-shaped steel beam is reduced, rapid repairing of the earthquake-damaged frame structure is achieved, and the method has the beneficial effects of being convenient to construct, high in applicability and convenient to repair.
