The invention discloses a threaded extrusion sleeve and a connecting method thereof.The threaded extrusion sleeve comprises a sleeve body and reinforcing steel bars connected with the sleeve body, a plurality of meshing teeth are arranged on the inner circumference of the sleeve body and used for being connected with the reinforcing steel bars in a meshing mode, a plurality of extrusion marks are arranged on the outer circumference of the sleeve body and correspond to the meshing teeth respectively, and the outer circumference of the sleeve body is connected with the reinforcing steel bars in a meshing mode. At least one stress releasing groove is formed in the inner circumference of the sleeve in the length direction. According to the thread extrusion sleeve connecting device, the extrusion mark outside the sleeve is extruded, so that the stress release grooves and the occlusion teeth in the sleeve are occluded with the connected reinforcing steel bars, and effective connection of the reinforcing steel bars is achieved; the connection method greatly improves the steel bar connection quality, prevents the sleeve from being crushed, reduces the cost, relieves the labor intensity, and achieves equal-strength connection of the steel bars.

本发明公开一种螺纹挤压套筒及其连接方法，包括套筒，以及与所述套筒连接的钢筋，所述套筒的内周设有若干咬合齿，所述咬合齿用于咬合连接所述钢筋，所述套筒的外周设有若干挤压标识，所述挤压标识分别对应所述咬合齿布置，所述套筒的内周沿长度方向还至少设有一条应力释放槽。本螺纹挤压套筒连接装置通过挤压所述套筒外部的挤压标识，使内部的所述应力释放槽和所述咬合齿咬合住被连接钢筋，实现钢筋的有效连接；此种连接方法大大提高钢筋连接质量，避免套筒挤碎，降低成本，减轻劳动强度，实现钢筋等强连接。
