The invention provides a rainwater vertical pipe system and an intelligent flow dividing method, and belongs to the technical field of water conservancy facilities. The rainwater vertical pipe system comprises a water inlet cylinder, a vertical pipe, a siphon, a filter cartridge and a floating ball assembly, the water inlet cylinder is vertically or obliquely buried in the working surface, the lower end is closed, the upper end is provided with a water inlet, and the middle is provided with a water outlet; the upper end of the vertical pipe is connected with a water outlet of the water inlet cylinder for draining water; two ends of the siphon are respectively positioned at the bottom of the water outlet and in the vertical pipe; the filter cylinder is slidably arranged in the water inlet cylinder, and the top of the filter cylinder is provided with an accommodating pocket structure for accommodating sundries, and the accommodating pocket structure seals the top of the filter cylinder; and the floating ball assembly is arranged in the water inlet cylinder and is connected with the lower part of the filter cylinder. The intelligent flow dividing method is applied to the rainwater vertical pipe system. The rainwater riser can effectively guarantee smooth drainage of the rainwater riser, prevents sundries from entering the rainwater riser, and can realize intelligent diversion and reasonable utilization of rainwater.
