The invention discloses a concrete grouting device for engineering construction. The concrete grouting device comprises a storage tank, a top cover, a driving shaft rod, a servo motor, a second auger shaft, a feeding pipe, a grouting pipe and an electric control winding mechanism. According to the anti-blocking concrete storage tank, a servo motor drives a second auger shaft and a first bevel gear to rotate, meanwhile, a driving shaft rod and a stirring rod can be driven to rotate, then stirring and anti-blocking work can be conducted on concrete stored in the storage tank, and the driving shaft rod is linked with an anti-blocking feeding mechanism and an anti-blocking discharging mechanism; the kinetic energy that the driving shaft rod drives the stirring rod to rotate is fully utilized, so that blockage prevention of feeding and discharging is achieved, and the structural linkage performance, the feeding and discharging blockage prevention effect and the kinetic energy resource utilization effect of the concrete grouting device for engineering construction are improved; and through the arrangement of the positioning connecting mechanism, the storage tank and the top cover can be conveniently and rapidly assembled and disassembled, and then the interior of the storage tank can be conveniently and rapidly cleaned.
