The invention discloses a movable limiting plate device and a construction method, the movable limiting plate device is applied to foundation pit engineering, slope engineering and the manufacturing process of various prestressed components, and the movable limiting plate device comprises a limiting plate base, a movable end plate and a fastening device; the limiting plate base is of an annular structure, the lower end face of the limiting plate base makes contact with the edge of an anchor head of the clamping piece type anchorage device, and the upper end face of the limiting plate base makes contact with tensioning equipment providing prestress. The movable end plate is of a circular steel plate structure, and a through circular hole is formed in the plate face and used for allowing a steel strand to penetrate through. The fastening device comprises fulcrums, a power arm and a resisting arm, the fulcrums are arranged on the periphery of the limiting plate base, the resisting arm is in contact with the outer edge of the end face of the movable end plate, and the resisting arm can compress and fix the moving space of the movable end plate under the action of the power arm; through mutual cooperation of the components, the tensioned steel strand can be in a free state when prestress is applied, and is in a state of being locked by the clamping piece when the prestress is unloaded, so that the locking efficiency is improved, and the steel strand is prevented from being damaged.
本发明公开一种活动式限位板装置及施工方法,应用于基坑工程、边坡工程以及各类预应力构件制造过程中,包含限位板底座、可移动端板、紧固装置;限位板底座为圆环型结构,限位板底座的下端面与夹片式锚具的锚头边缘接触,上端面与提供预应力的张拉设备接触;可移动端板为圆形钢板结构,在板面上开设有贯通的圆孔,用于穿钢绞线;紧固装置包含支点、动力臂、阻力臂,支点布置在限位板底座周边,阻力臂与可移动端板的端面外边缘接触,在动力臂作用下阻力臂能够将可移动端板的活动空间进行压缩与固定;通过上述构件的相互配合,能够使张拉的钢绞线在预应力施加时处于自由状态,而在卸力时又处于被夹片锁紧的状态,提高锁定效率,避免钢绞线损伤。
