The prefabricated column spiral corrector comprises an adjusting rod, a connecting base, a top base, a clamping plate and a first side hoop ring, the bottom end of the adjusting rod is movably connected to one side of the top end of the connecting base, the top end of the adjusting rod is movably connected to one side of the bottom end of the top base through a lifting mechanism, and the clamping plate is installed at the top end of the top base; a first side hoop ring used for being connected with the prefabricated column in a locking mode is installed on the other side of the bottom end of the top base, and the inner wall of the first side hoop ring is installed on the outer wall of the prefabricated column through an adjusting mechanism. Under the using effect of the adjusting mechanism, the first side hoop ring and the second side hoop ring can be conveniently limited and locked with prefabricated columns of different sizes, and the stability of hoop mounting is improved.
本发明公开了预制柱螺旋校正器,包括调节杆、连接座、顶座、夹板和侧抱箍环一,所述调节杆底端活动连接在连接座顶端一侧,所述调节杆顶端通过升降机构活动连接在顶座底端一侧,所述顶座顶端安装有夹板,且顶座底端的另一侧安装有用于与预制柱进行锁定连接的侧抱箍环一,所述侧抱箍环一内壁通过调节机构安装在预制柱外壁上。本发明在调节机构的使用作用下,能够使得侧抱箍环一与侧抱箍环二便捷的与不同尺寸的预制柱进行限位抱死,使得安装抱箍的稳定性得到提高。
