The invention discloses a method for underpinning and transforming a brick masonry wall by using UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete). The method comprises the following steps: respectively digging up-down and left-right corresponding filling grooves in two sides of a brick masonry; a plurality of through holes are drilled in the brick masonry, the filling grooves in the left side and the right side of the brick masonry are communicated, the through holes are arranged in the length direction of the filling grooves, and the through holes in the upper filling groove unit and the lower filling groove unit correspond; longitudinal bars are placed in the filling grooves in the length direction of the filling grooves, a plurality of sets of stirrups penetrate through the upper through hole and the lower through hole correspondingly and are welded into a plurality of closed structures, and the longitudinal bars are surrounded by the closed structures of the stirrups; respectively fixing the longitudinal bars and each group of stirrups at the intersection to form a reinforcement cage; formworks are installed on the two sides of the brick masonry correspondingly, grouting holes are reserved, and the formworks are fixed through battens and supporting pieces; uHPC is poured from the grouting holes, the formwork is removed after the UHPC is condensed, and the wall body under the beam is removed. The method is simple, fast and short in construction period; and after construction, the structural stability is high, and the effect of modifying and reinforcing the brick masonry is good.
本发明公开了一种利用UHPC对砖砌体墙进行托换改造的方法，通过在砖砌体两侧分别开凿上下左右相互对应的填充槽；在砖砌体上钻设若干通孔，连通砖砌体左右两侧填充槽，通孔沿填充槽长度方向排列，上下两组填充槽单元处的通孔相对应；在填充槽处沿其长度方向摆放纵筋，将若干组箍筋分别穿过上下对应的两个通孔并焊接成若干闭合结构，箍筋的闭合结构将纵筋围绕在内；将纵筋和各组箍筋在交叉处分别固定形成钢筋笼；在砖砌体两侧分别安装模板并留设灌浆孔，模板利用木方和支撑件将模板进行固定；从灌浆孔浇筑UHPC，待UHPC凝结后拆除模板，将梁下墙体拆除。本发明简单快捷、施工周期短；施工后结构稳定性高，对砖砌体的改造加固效果好。
