The invention belongs to the technical field of structural engineering reinforcement, and particularly relates to a beam-column joint reinforcing device which comprises a first reinforcing assembly, a second reinforcing assembly and a penetrating bolt, the first reinforcing assembly is located below a beam and abuts against the lower surface of the beam, and the first reinforcing assembly comprises a plurality of first connecting pieces; the multiple first connecting pieces are arranged around the column in the circumferential direction of the column, and every two adjacent first connecting pieces are fixedly connected; the second reinforcing assembly is located above the floor, the penetrating bolt penetrates through the floor, and the two ends of the penetrating bolt are connected with the first reinforcing assembly and the second reinforcing assembly correspondingly. Meanwhile, the reinforcing method of the beam-column joint is provided based on the reinforcing device of the beam-column joint, on-site welding is replaced with bolt connection, rapid construction is facilitated, only bolt installation operation is needed in on-site construction of the joint, and the risk caused by on-site welding is reduced while the reinforcing efficiency is improved.
