The invention discloses a rice field water inlet and drainage system, a rice field system and a rice field water inlet and drainage control method. The rice field water inlet and drainage system comprises a first communication assembly, a second communication assembly, an impermeable film layer, a filter material layer, a protective layer, a partition plate and a mound ridge. The impermeable film layer is used for being arranged on the inner wall of a groove surrounding the rice field and reaching the depth of a new soil layer, the groove is filled with the filter material layer and wrapped by the impermeable film layer, the protective layer covers the top face of the filter material layer and is in sealed connection with the impermeable film layer, and the impermeable film layer and the protective layer seal the filter material layer. The partition plate is arranged in the filter material layer and connected with the impermeable film layer and the protective layer in a sealed mode so as to partition the filter material layer, the mound ridge is piled on the protective layer and higher than a plowing layer in the rice field, and the first communication assembly and the second communication assembly are used for achieving water inflow and drainage between the rice field and the ditch respectively. The method is low in cost, easy to implement, environmentally friendly, good in effect and capable of delaying runoff and nitrogen loss time of the rice field under the rainstorm condition and increasing interception of nitrogen.
