The invention discloses a water-repellent cement mortar which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of cement, 10-15 parts of water, 20-30 parts of river sand, 1-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-10 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 5-10 parts of a water repellent, 5-10 parts of a reinforcing agent and 5-10 parts of a rapid coagulator, according to the water-repellent cement mortar, the hydrophobic effect can be improved by adding the water repellent, the curing strength can be improved by the reinforcing agent, and the solidification speed can be improved by the rapid coagulator.
