The invention relates to high-strength shell powder calcined muck cement and a preparation method thereof. The cement is prepared from the following raw materials: 50%-85% of cement, 5%-15% of shell powder, 10%-30% of calcined muck, 1%-3% of gypsum and 0.4%-0.8% of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The high-temperature calcined engineering muck is used for replacing calcined clay, various environmental problems caused by long-term stacking of the engineering muck are solved, high additional utilization of the engineering muck is achieved, the shell powder is used for replacing limestone powder, a new calcium carbonate source is provided for ternary cement, various ecological environment problems caused by the fact that waste shells cannot be effectively utilized are solved, and the cost is reduced. Meanwhile, mining of non-renewable resources such as high-quality clay and limestone is reduced, green and sustainable development of the ternary cement is achieved, more importantly, the shell powder, the calcined muck and the cement are subjected to chemical reaction, the strength of the cement can be greatly improved, the high-strength cement is obtained from waste raw materials, and the cost is reduced. 本发明涉及一种高强度贝壳粉煅烧渣土水泥及其制备方法,所述水泥是由以下原料组成:50%~85%的水泥、5%~15%的贝壳粉、10%~30%的煅烧渣土、1%~3%的石膏、0.4%~0.8%的聚羧酸减水剂。本发明用高温煅烧工程渣土代替煅烧粘土,以解决工程渣土长期堆放带来的各种环境问题,实现工程渣土的高附加利用,用贝壳粉代替石灰石粉,为三元水泥提供新的碳酸钙来源,解决废弃贝壳无法有效利用所带来的各种生态环境问题,同时减少对优质粘土和石灰石不可再生资源的开采,实现三元水泥的绿色可持续发展,更重要的是贝壳粉、煅烧渣土与水泥发生化学反应,使水泥强度能得到大幅提升,本发明用废弃的原料得到了高强度的水泥,降低材料的生产成本并且能够满足三元水泥的对高强度的需求。
