The invention discloses a downstream face repairing material, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 5 to 10 parts of fly ash, 40 to 50 parts of quartz sand, 10 to 15 parts of slag, 4 to 5 parts of sodium silicate, 5 to 10 parts of modified nano titanium oxide, 20 to 30 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion, 0.1 to 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.2 part of water reducing agent and 20 to 30 parts of water. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the downstream face repairing material. The downstream face repairing material provided by the invention has the advantages of hardness and softness, good film-forming property, strong penetration resistance and excellent binding property with a matrix.
