The invention relates to a repairing agent and a repairing method for a ceramic-based heatproof material of an aircraft, and the repairing agent is characterized in that the repairing agent comprises the following raw materials by mass: 1-3.6% of glass fiber, 1.5-2.5% of borate, 5-10% of silicon carbide, 25-35% of epoxy resin, 5-15% of silica sol, 0.1-0.8% of a curing agent, and the balance of an organic solvent. The ceramic-based heat-proof material repaired by the method still has excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. The repairing difficulty and cost can be remarkably reduced.
本发明是一种飞行器陶瓷基防热材料用修复剂及修复方法,其特征在于,其组份为包括以下质量百分数的原料:1~3.6%的玻璃纤维、1.5~2.5%的硼酸盐、5~10%的碳化硅、25~35%的环氧树脂、5~15%的硅溶胶、0.1~0.8%的固化剂,其余为有机溶剂。本发明修复后的陶瓷基防热材料依旧具有优异的高温抗氧化性能。本发明可以显著降低修复难度和成本。
