The invention provides a jacket foundation wave absorbing device which is arranged on a jacket main leg between a main cylinder of a jacket foundation and a lower pile foundation, the wave absorbing device comprises wave absorbing boxes, and all the wave absorbing boxes are arranged outside the jacket foundation in a surrounding mode to form a protective wave absorbing state for the jacket foundation. The wave absorbing box is filled with a porous material; the jacket main leg is provided with a supporting structure in a height area for bearing a wave load, the supporting structure extends or retracts in the transverse direction, the supporting structure is provided with a first sleeve at the end part of the side far away from the jacket foundation, and the end surface of the wave absorbing box is provided with a second sleeve; the second sleeve and the first sleeve are provided with a locking connection structure in the vertical direction, and the locking connection structure enables the second sleeve and the first sleeve to be mutually connected. Wave potential energy is greatly reduced through the wave absorbing box and the porous material in the wave absorbing box, and the influence of wave loads on the jacket foundation is reduced.
