The wing bag sand barrier laying device comprises a main machine frame, walking devices are arranged on the two sides of the main machine frame, and a sand opening and gathering device is arranged in front of the main machine frame; the main rack is further provided with an auxiliary rack which is located between the walking devices, the front end of the auxiliary rack is hinged to the front side of the main rack, and the rear end of the auxiliary rack is controlled by a first lifting device to swing up and down; the sand lifting and conveying device, the guiding-out device, the binding device and the sand filling device are fixed to the auxiliary machine frame and located behind the sand opening and gathering device. A containing shaft is arranged on the main machine frame or the auxiliary machine frame, a rolled wing bag sand barrier is placed on the containing shaft, the strip-shaped wing bag sand barrier is guided into a barrel through the guiding mechanism, then the barrel is conveyed to the guiding-out device, the binding device and the sand filling device, and finally the barrel is output from the rear portion of the main machine frame. The main machine frame is further provided with a power source. The device has the advantage of being capable of being used for unmanned and automatic laying of wing bag sand barriers in desert areas.
