The invention discloses an HDPE (high-density polyethylene) membrane structure with rivets and a processing method thereof, the HDPE membrane structure comprises an HDPE membrane body and a plurality of rivet pieces, and the plurality of rivet pieces are uniformly distributed on one side surface of the HDPE membrane body and are fixedly connected with the HDPE membrane body; the anchor nails made of HDPE or PVC and the like are welded outside a membrane main body structure of the HDPE membrane through an ultrasonic welding technology, so that a three-dimensional structure of the HDPE membrane is formed; an existing welding technology is utilized, under the condition that an HDPE film body is not damaged, the three-dimensional structure of the HDPE film is economically achieved, the HDPE film can be applied to scenes such as a more inclined slope face or a vertical face or a top face, and the HDPE film can be better combined with other structures, so that the perfect anti-seepage, anti-corrosion and isolation functions of the HDPE film are achieved; the durability and the service life of municipal engineering, environmental engineering, water conservancy engineering and the like are improved, investment and construction are saved, and carbon emission is reduced.
