The invention provides a stable self-starting drainage system for an artificial peninsula bank slope, a drainage unit is arranged in the bank slope, the drainage unit comprises a drainage pipe and a water inlet pipe, the drainage pipe is arranged on the slope surface of the bank slope and is arranged along the inclination angle direction of the slope surface of the bank slope, and the water inlet pipe is obliquely arranged in the bank slope. A lower-end pipe opening of the water inlet pipe obliquely extends downwards into the area where the potential sliding surface of the bank slope is located, and a soil filter is arranged in the lower-end pipe opening of the water inlet pipe; the upper end pipe opening of the water inlet pipe faces the bank slope surface, and a bent pipe is arranged between the water inlet pipe and the upper end pipe opening of the water drainage pipe in a communicating mode.
