The inner side and the outer side of the NBW building heat preservation system wall are each provided with a concrete protection layer with the thickness larger than 50 mm, the built-in heat preservation layer is isolated from an external fire source, the fireproof performance is greatly improved, and the fireproof problem of building heat preservation engineering is fundamentally solved.
本发明提出了一种NBW建筑保温系统,包括楼板、外侧保护层、中间钢筋网架保温层以及内侧剪力墙承重层,中间钢筋网架保温层包括保温板以及钢筋网架;本发明还提出了一种NBW建筑保温系统施工工艺,根据设计图纸完成结构钢筋的捆扎建设,在结构钢筋一侧安装并绑扎作为预制件的中间钢筋网架保温层,之后安装并固定铝膜板,按照工艺要求同时往内侧的铝膜板与保温板内表面之间及外侧的铝膜板与保温板外表面之间浇筑混凝土,待混凝土强度达标后拆除铝膜板,完成墙体建设。NBW建筑保温体系墙体内外两侧均有50mm以上的混凝土保护层,内置的保温层与外界的火源隔离,防火性能大大提高,从根本上解决建筑保温工程的防火问题。
