The automatic wall brick pasting device comprises a movable base, a cement processing box, a brick containing groove, an automatic brick pasting arm and an automatic mechanical arm, and the front end of the automatic mechanical arm is provided with a cement smearing structure and a cement circulating structure which are used for assisting brick pasting during automatic brick pasting. According to the automatic tiling equipment, through the arranged cement smearing structure, when cement is sprayed to a wall through a cement spraying head, the position can be adjusted in cooperation with an intelligent automatic mechanical arm, then the distance between a uniform scraping plate and the wall is finely adjusted, the uniform scraping plate makes contact with the cement, rotary scraping is conducted, and therefore the tiling quality is improved; and when the sprayed cement slides on the wall, the sprayed cement can fall onto the arranged material guide plate, enters the cement storage box through the arranged recycling guide pipe to be mixed with the cement in the cement storage box, and circularly enters the spraying guide pipe through the material suction opening to be sprayed and used, so that the waste of the cement is reduced, and the utilization rate of the cement is improved.
本发明公开了一种可均匀涂抹水泥的自动贴墙砖装置，包括移动底座、水泥加工箱、砖放置槽以及自动贴砖臂和自动机械臂，所述自动机械臂的前端分别设置有在自动贴砖时辅助贴砖用的水泥涂抹结构和水泥循环结构。本发明，通过设置的水泥涂抹结构，将水泥通过水泥喷头喷射到墙壁上时，能够配合智能的自动机械臂调整位置，在微调均匀刮板与墙壁的距离，使得均匀刮板接触到水泥，进行转动刮匀从而提高贴砖的质量，在通过设置的水泥循环结构，将喷射的水泥在墙壁滑动时，会下落到设置的导料板上，通过设置的回收导管进入到水泥存储箱中与内部的水泥进行混合，在通过吸料口循环进入到喷涂导管中喷射使用，从而减少水泥的浪费提高水泥的使用率。
