The ropes sequentially bypass the lower fixed pulleys and the upper fixed pulleys and then are connected with the advertisement side frames, and all the advertisement side frames can be unfolded through the ropes and are flush with the advertisement bottom frame. The advertisement side frame can be unfolded to form an operation platform with the advertisement bottom frame, and the antenna support is descended to the position of the advertisement frame through the lifting mechanism, so that a maintainer can stand on the operation platform formed by the advertisement frame to maintain the antenna support, and the safety and convenience of the maintainer are greatly improved.
