The invention provides a handle structure of a faucet and the faucet. The mounting seat comprises a passing opening, and the lining is used for limiting axial movement between the fixing seat and the passing opening so that the fixing seat can rotate on the passing opening; the fixing base is used for being connected with a control valve shaft of the faucet and can move relative to the control valve shaft in the axial direction. The handle is connected with the fixing base so as to drive the fixing base to control the control valve shaft in a rotating mode. And the shaking feeling of the handle is reduced, and the handle can adapt to walls with different depths.
