Comprising the following steps: mixing a barium chloride aqueous solution with a titanium-containing chloride solution, mixing the mixed solution with an organic acid solution, mixing a mixed sol solution with a calcium chloride solution and a surfactant solution, carrying out a stirring reaction, and sequentially centrifuging, drying, calcining and crushing the stirred reactant to obtain the barium calcium titanate ceramic powder. Compared with the prior art, a simple low-temperature solution reaction preparation process is adopted, operation is easy, cost is low, extra complex conditions and equipment are not needed, a solution precipitation reaction can be carried out through stirring at normal temperature and pressure, and particles are of a pure tetragonal phase crystal structure; and the prepared barium calcium titanate is easy to process subsequently, is easy to sinter at a lower temperature, and can be used for manufacturing electronic ceramic devices, filter ceramic devices and the like.
本发明提供了一种钛酸钡钙陶瓷粉及其制备方法和应用,涉及材料制备技术领域。包括:将氯化钡水溶液与含钛氯化物溶液混合,将混合溶液与有机酸溶液混合,将混合溶胶溶液与氯化钙溶液、表面活性剂溶液混合、搅拌反应,将搅拌反应物依次进行离心、干燥、煅烧和粉碎,得到钛酸钡钙陶瓷粉。与现有技术相比,本发明的采用简易的低温溶液反应制备过程,操作简单,成本较低,不需要额外的复杂条件和设备,常温常压下搅拌就可以发生溶液沉淀反应,颗粒为纯四方相晶体结构,颗粒度尺寸较小而且制备得到的钛酸钡钙后续易加工处理,易于较低温度烧结,可以用作制作电子陶瓷器件、滤波器陶瓷器件等多种用途。
