The invention relates to the technical field of cement, and particularly discloses anti-corrosion cement and application thereof in ocean engineering. The anti-corrosion cement comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of Portland cement; 30 to 50 parts of fly ash; 10 to 15 parts of gypsum; and 1-5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor. The anti-corrosion cement disclosed by the invention has anti-corrosion performance and relatively good anti-cracking performance; therefore, the anti-corrosion cement disclosed by the invention has a wide application prospect when being applied to ocean engineering.
